A member of both the Marin and San Francisco Collaborative Law groups, Debra brings a full set of perspectives and skills to her work as a Collaborative Law Coach and Child Specialist. She has an active practice as a marriage, family therapist, with prior professional experience as a California family law attorney, and personal experience of divorce, remarriage, and blending of a new family.
Using a family systems approach, grounded in attachment and child development theory, Debra specializes in helping children and parents transition through the dissolution of their current or former family through the creation of their new or blended family. When appropriate, Debra enters into play therapy with children, meets with parents in co-parenting counseling, or provides individual coaching to parents.

Ann Buscho, PhD: A licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Buscho has a private practice in San Rafael where she sees adults and children. Her specialties include family issues, and issues related to divorce, parenting, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Collaborative practice is the centerpiece of her work. She focuses on helping divorcing parents develop parenting plans which support the health and well-being of all family members. She has a depth and breadth of experience in co-parenting, step-parenting, and single-parenting issues. She has taught at Marin County Community Mental Health and provides trainings to professionals on the collaborative practice model. She is on the Board of the Family Law Professionals of Marin, and is a co-founder of a residential program for traumatized emergency responders and their families. Frederica Conrad PhD, has been a lisenced psychologist for over 30 years. She specializes in developmental psychology and child custody matters in forensic and clinical arenas. For 25 years she has consulted with the State of California, private attorneys and parents in complex adoption matters. She has been on the faculty at the University of California, Langley Porter Institute of Child Psychiatry and worked as a clinician at the Center for the Family in Transition with Drs. Judith Wallerstein and Janet Johnston in areas related to protecting young children from divorce conflict.

Sheryl B. Hausman, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Marin County , with specific expertise in helping families adjust to separation and divorce. Ginny G. Johnson, MFT, Ginny is a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in working with families in transition. She developed and directed the Full Circle "at risk" program at Drake High School from 1992-1996 which added to her expertise as a child specialist working with parents and their adolescents. She has extensive experience helping divorcing couples as they go through the difficult task of restructuring their lives. Ginny earned a bachelors degree in clinical psychology from Dominican University and a masters degree in counseling psychology from the California State University at Sonoma. She has a warm and non- judgemental style which facilitates good collaboration between the various professionals. Stephen H. Sulmeyer, J.D., Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist, attorney and mediator who specializes in helping families, couples and individuals meet the challenges posed by divorce and separation. As a mediator he works with divorcing couples to help them find ways to part emotionally as well as physically and financially, in a way that is in accord with their highest ideals. John Weir, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist who has maintained a private practice for couples and individuals in San Rafael for 30 years. Dr. Weir received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and his graduate degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.
